Thank you for shopping at figureskatingstore.com . Please read below to familiarize yourself with the Holiday Period Return Policy.
Orders placed on or before December 15th are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Holiday unless the items are on back-order. If you are ordering an item made by Jerry's, there is a chance it will not make it there before Christmas as some are on backorder.
Orders placed on or after December 16th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, however we will do our best to make sure that they do get there before then. Keep in mind that orders containing apparel items (especially ChloeNoel, Kami-So, Ice Fire apparel) will be shipped using Priority mail which is a 3 day service (however it's not a guaranteed 3 days) so these have a chance of getting there on time. If you need your item to be there, please order using expedited service.
2nd Day Air - Orders placed December 19 - 21 will only be delivered on time if a 2nd day air service is selected.
Next Day Air - Orders placed on or before December 22 using overnight service and if they are in stock, will be delivered before Christmas.

All purchases made starting November 15th to December 23rd are covered by an extended return time period in order to allow customers to do early Holiday shopping and to present their gifts during the holidays to their friends and loved ones while still having enough time to make exchanges or returns if necessary as if the products were bought the day before celebration. All returns requests must be made by phone , through the email or from your figureskatingstore.com account options.
All articles must be returned in the condition they arrived in order to receive a 100% full refund (less any shipping charges if any)
If the item contained a manufacturer defect or you received something other than you ordered, please send us an email with photos of the product (or product defect) so that we may take further actions in order to remedy the situation.
During the time period between Nov 15th and Dec 23rd all returns will be straight refunds, no exchanges will be accepted except in the following cases (products are different from what was ordered, products are defective). If you wish to exchange your item for a different one you will need to purchase it on our website and return the item you do not need for a refund. This is done in order to increase speed of returns and exchanges during the holidays. We will resume accepting exchanges after December 24th, 2016.
We guarantee delivery by December 24th of all orders placed on or before Wednesday, December 15th 2016. Orders placed on or after December 17th will be guaranteed a delivery by December 24th if expedited shipping is selected and you verify with customer service over the phone that your order will be delivered. If you do not verify with customer service over the phone, the delivery is NOT GUARANTEED and no refunds will be given for shipping in the instance that the order does not make it on time.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
All orders placed before 8am Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day unless you verbally verify with a customer service representative that your order will be shipped the same day. Please make sure that the customer service representative confirms this by sending you an email stating the exact date the order will be shipped. This email will be your (and ours) proof in the instance delivery time-frame is an issue.
Jerry's Ice Skating Apparel takes from 48 hour to 3 weeks to ship out. We can provide you the approximate ship date of your order if you contact us. In the most instances you will receive an email stating the approximate time-frame for the order containing a Jerry's item to ship without you having to request it.
Some Jackson and Riedell items will be shipped within 48 hours to 72 hours of the order being placed after December 1st until December 24th.
The following days are not considered business days and are not calculated into the shipping time.
