Thank you for shopping at FigureSkatingStore.com . Please read below to familiarize yourself with the Holiday Period Return Policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

During Holidays:

All purchases made starting November 15th to December 23rd are covered by an extended return time period in order to allow customers to do early Holiday shopping and to present their gifts during the holidays to their friends and loved ones while still having enough time to make exchanges or returns if necessary as if the products were bought the day before celebration. All returns requests must be made by phone , through the email or from your figureskatingstore.com account options.

 

Some Jackson and Riedell items will be shipped within 48 hours to 72 hours of the order being placed after December 1st until December 24th.

During Non-Winter holiday Period: 

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 day of receiving your order.

 

 

IMPORTANT!

All articles must be returned in the condition they arrived in order to receive a 100% full refund (less any shipping charges if any) 

 

DEFECTS:

If the item contained a manufacturer defect or you received something other than you ordered, please send us an email with photos of the product (or product defect) so that we may take further actions in order to remedy the situation.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

All orders placed after 7am Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day unless you verbally by calling request it and receive a verification email of the same. If you do not have a verification email saying that our order will ship the same business day, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day. Please make sure that the customer service representative confirms this by sending you an email stating the exact date the order will be shipped. This email will be your (and ours) proof in the instance delivery time-frame is an issue. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SPECIFIC BRANDS

Jerry's Ice Skating Apparel takes from 48 hour to 3 weeks to ship out DEPENDING ON THE ITEM AND IF IT IS READILY AVAILABLE. We can provide you the approximate ship date of your order if you contact us. We stock 90% of all styles. In the most instances you will receive an email stating the approximate time-frame for the order containing a Jerry's item to ship without you having to request it. Your order will be considered placed and will ship as soon as it becomes available.

The following days are not considered business days and are not calculated into the shipping time.

SHIPPING DEADLINES

 

Orders placed on or before December 14th are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Holiday unless the items are on back-order in which case you will be notified. If you are ordering an item made by Jerry's, there is a chance it will not make it there before Christmas as some are on back-order or take a longer time to ship out. IceDress items that have a 30 day shipping time-frame are not guaranteed for delivery if orders are placed on or after after November 29th. 

 

Orders placed on or after December 17th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, however we will do our best to make sure that they do get there before then. We recomend that you check your email and account for tracking information to see when your items will arrive. Ice skates usually take 24-48 hours to ship out and take at most 5 days to deliver once shipped. Zuca bags take 24 hours, Keep in mind that orders containing apparel items (especially ChloeNoel, Kami-So, Ice Fire apparel) will be shipped using Priority mail which is a 3 day service (however it's not a guaranteed 3 days) so these have a chance of getting there on time. We will also use FedEx 2nd Day Air service in certain occasions if we delayed an order due to our error. If you need your item to be there, please order using expedited service such as Next day or Second Day. If it's last minute it's always a good idea to call to make sure everything you ordered is coming on time.

 

2nd Day Air - Orders placed December 18 - 20 will only be guaranteed if a 

Next Day Air - or 2nd Day Air service level is chosen- Orders placed on or before December 21 using overnight service and if they are in stock, will be delivered before Christmas.
