RETURN POLICY
During Holidays:
ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 10 TO DECEMBER 20, 2022 CAN BE RETURNED TO US BY JANUARY 20, 2024. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 20 CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS AND NEED YOUR ORDER AS A GIFT, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST WRITING HOLIDAY GIFT IN YOUR ORDER NOTES, SO THAT WE MAY CONTACT YOU IN CASE WE THINK IT MIGHT NOT MAKE IT IN TIME.

RECOMMENDED LAST DAY TO ORDER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE CHRISTMAS WITH REGULAR (NON-EXPEDITED) SHIPPING IS THURSDAY DECEMBER 14, 2023 (IF CARRIERS DO NOT DELAY DELIVERY) (YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 15, 2023 IN MOST CASES) IF YOU ARE IN CALIFORNIA OR STATES THAT ARE NEXT TO CALIFORNIA, REGULAR SHIPPING WILL GET DELIVERED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS (HOWEVER THESE DATES ARE NOT GUARATEED ALL THE TIME)
PLEASE ORDER IN ADVANCE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES. AS SOON AS THE ORDER SHIPS YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SHIPMENT. USE THE TRACKING NUMBER TO ESTIMATE YOUR DELIVERY TIME.
OUR ZIP CODE IS 91401. OUR HANDLING TIME IS 1-2 DAYS. ALL CARRIERS HAVE TRANSIT TIME CALCULATORS SO YOU CAN MAKE A MORE A CALCULATED ASSUMPTION BASED ON TRANSIT TIMES.
IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS BY DECEMBER 24th BUT YOU ARE ORDERING BETWEEN DECEMBER 15-19 PLEASE SELECT 2 DAY SHIPPING. IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER DECEMBER 20th OR LATER, THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE SURE IT WILL ARRIVE ON TIME IS BY CALLING US. WE WILL ALSO SEND NOTIFICATIONS AS A COURTSEY TO ORDERS THAT HAVE GIFT IN THE NOTES THAT MIGHT NOT MAKE IT ON TIME.

ALL HOLIDAY RETURNS HAVE FREE EXCHANGES DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY. PLEASE REFER TO OUR REGULAR RETURN POLICY FOR MORE DETAILS PERTAINING TO RESTOCKING FEES ON DRESSES OR DAMAGED ITEMS
DEFECTS:
If the item contained a manufacturer defect or you received something other than what you ordered, please send us an email WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT with photos of the product (or product defect) so that we may take further actions in order to remedy the situation.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
All orders placed after 8 AM Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day unless you verbally, by calling request it and receive a verification email of the same. If you do not have a verification email saying that our order will ship the same business day, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day so make sure that your receive it as this is your proof of speaking to someone. Please make sure that the customer service representative confirms this by sending you an email stating the exact date the order will be shipped. This email will be yours (and ours) proof in the instance delivery time-frame is an issue.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SPECIFIC BRANDS
Jerry's Ice Skating Apparel takes from 24 hours to 3 weeks to ship out DEPENDING ON THE ITEM AND IF IT IS READILY AVAILABLE. We can provide you the approximate ship date of your order if you contact us. We stock 90% of all styles. In the most instances you will receive an email stating the approximate time-frame for the order containing a Jerry's item to ship without you having to request it. Your order will be considered placed and will ship as soon as it becomes available.
IceDress Apparel which states 3 or more weeks delivery is not guaranteed by Christmas however we will do our best to get it to you within the promised time frame. You can always email us and ask about approximate delivery date.
The following days are not considered business days and are not calculated into the shipping time.

Remember we will do our best to get the order to you on time, so please put a note on your order needed by 24th or whatever other date you need the order by.
2nd Day Air - Orders placed December 15 - 19 should be delivered on time before Christmas, however we do not guarantee deliveries where the transit is delayed by the courier. We will file a reimbursement claim with the courier and refund only if they do.
Next Day Air - If placed before 8am Pacific Time will ship the same day, or you can call us to verify shipping day if after 9am
